Bilal is back for more!  After previously serving a four-year stint at Russo's as a starving college student, he has returned as a proud papa, new home owner, and productive member of society (we never doubted him).  We are please to have him taking charge of our Card Shop gaming tournaments and helping out with graphic novels once again.
