Buck Owens Biographer to Face the Music at Russo's on October 2

Tennessee-based author Eileen Sisk has, if nothing else, hit a nerve not only in Bakersfield, but throughout country music. Her new biography has been called everything from "fantastic" to "a hatchet job." Indeed, some of the reviews are as colorful as Buck's trademark tri-colored guitar.

Obviously not one to shy away from controversy, Sisk will come to Owen's home turf when she signs "Buck Owens: The Biography" at Russo's Books on Saturday, October 2 at 2 p.m.
