In honor of Black History Month, join Mike Raney (BSO's Principal Trumpet Musician) as he helps us to understand the influence and sound of our nation's Black musicians in music and style.  Mike will perform music created and inspired by Black Americans.

Kids Discover Music is a very popular monthly event where classically trained musicians make their way to the bookstore stage to play beautiful music, read a story and let the kids learn up close and personally about the music, the instrument they play and the history behind the instrument.
