Lisa McCubbin & Clint Hill sign "The Kennedy Detail"

12/07/2010 5:30 pm

Former Bakersfield news reporter Lisa McCubbin has co-authored the new book by former Secret Service agent Gerald Blaine.  Blaine not only recounts his experiences surrounding the Kennedy assassination, but also those of his comrades-in-arms, whom he and Lisa interviewed and researched in depth for this project.

This newly released book from Simon & Schuster is making national news.

We are pleased to welcome not only Lisa, but also Clint Hill, Jacqueline Kennedy's special agent in charge (SAIC), who in this book breaks his 48 year silence.  Mr. Hill can be seen in the above photo on the back of the car.  He is the last surviving member who was in the vehicle as it arrived at the Dallas hospital.

The Discovery Channel will air a special titled, “The Kennedy Detail” on December 2nd & 3rd, 2010.
