The Bakersfield Art Association is pleased to announce the featured artist for the month of May at Russo’s Books at the Marketplace is Bob Crabtree.  Bob will be appearing in person on Saturday, March  15 at Russo's Marketplace at 1 p.m.

Bob worked with Rountree Studio and Towne Photo Supply before he ended his working career as microphotographer for the County of Kern.  His goal since retirement is to be an artistic photographer and he has been working with the abstract possibilities of digital photography.  His digitally-enhanced photos at Russo’s are of a variety of subjects.
