Celebrate Read Across America and Dr. Seuss's birthday with

Grab Your Hat and Read with the Cat!

The Bakersfield Fox Theater and The Bakesersfield Teachers Association present a FREE showing of the movie The Cat in the Hat at the Fox Theater from 11a to 2p.  The day's events include stories, games, a Russo's Books booth, photos with the Cat, face painting, Green Eggs & Ham book walk, drawings, and much more.  Food concession stand will also be open.
