  The Bakersfield Art Association is pleased to announce the featured artist for the month of May at Russo’s Books at the Marketplace is Mary Lou Slinkard. Mary Lou is primarily a western artist and her lovely oil paintings include cowboys, animals, and children. She has won numerous awards for her artwork at the fair and local art competitions. Her work will be on display and for sale at Russo's Marketplace throughout the month of May.
