How would you summarize “Justified” for potential readers?
“ Justified” is a story that I have wanted to write for a long time.  It is about a young woman who has had the closest person in her life taken from her.  Her reaction to balance her own survival leads her to extreme measures.  She finds a past that helps her understand the spirit within her to come full circle and balance her life. 

How long did it take you to write?
It took about two years to write.  I published it myself because while at UNLV ( I graduated in 2006 with a BA in English), Dr. Unger, who is now Interim Dean of Liberal Arts, shared his story about a publisher stealing his second book and making it into a movie.  It took 10 years to prove the story was his, and it cost everything he made on his first book, which was a smash hit, to pay the attorneys.  This story is very important to me, and I didn’t want anyone to steal it.
