From Highway 99: Take the Rosedale/178E exit east on 24th Street. After a series of stop lights, 24th Street becomes Highway 178. Take the Mount Vernon exit south, then an immediate left at the stop light onto Mall View Road (in front of the Home Depot sign). Russo’s is near Mervyn’s inside the East Hills Mall.
